Administrator/Receptionist- Central London-
circa £20-25k
This is a fantastic opportunity for a
energetic Administrator/Receptionist to join a world leader in
digital radio.
Your ability to communicate at all levels
being the first point of contact meeting and greeting client’s
co-ordinating and liaising with colleagues. Your ability to work on
your own initiative as well as your flexible approach will be
utilised in this position being in charge of the day-to-day running
of the Office Facilities.
Responsible for ordering stationery, dealing
daily with contractors, post, keeping accurate personnel records
handling travel arrangements, Health and Safety, key holder etc.
This is a varied and busy role suiting someone confident, well
organised and an ability and desire to learn and progress within the
company.
As the Administrator/Receptionist you will
ideally have previous experience in a similar role, with strong IT
Skills and a professional telephone manner.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a
salary of £20-25kpa.
