Assistant – Care Centre – Aberdeen - £8.00ph
Our client is currently seeking outstanding Senior Care Assistants to work within their friendly and supporting care centre. You will offer supervision, training and attention to junior and new staff in all aspects of their work. Particular attention will be needed when assisting residents who have limited mobility or physical/learning difficulties. The care centre is an environment where all residents are treated as individuals and can regard the centre as their home therefore close monitoring of residents that may be confused and/or have behavioural problems will be part of your responsibility. You are required to have a genuine interest along with proven experience of working within this particular field. Team playing skills are a must as is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A N/SVQ level 2 in care, previous supervisory experience and a qualification in the safe handling of medicines is desirable. Interviewing immediately.
