Retail Sales Manager - £20-25K + Benefits Retail Sales Manager to join this new operation in London but highly successful internationally. Ideally you will have experience and an interest in Fashion to work for this leather accessories company. Your key responsibilities will be to implement business strategies optimizing sales and manage store operations. You will be responsible for staff management and will train, coach and motivate the retail staff. You will monitor staff performance to ensure the highest customer service standards. Additional responsibilities will include inventory management, shop maintenance and administrative management. In this position you will report directly to the director. Initially the role will be working Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm with some flexibility to work later if necessary. This role is available immediately.
