Laura                           Administrative Assistant                                 Salary £18kpa+

Laura is an Administrative Assistant with a University Degree whose experience covers working for charitable organisations, heritage and the creative arts. She has a full knowledge of Microsoft packages as well as 50+ wpm copy-typing and audio-typing speeds. Laura is enthusiastic, reliable and extremely hard working.

Michaela                     Personal Assistant                                         Salary £32kpa+

Michaela is proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and has a fast typing speed of 65+ wpm. An experienced “old school” PA with audio skills, Michaela enjoys the corporate environment and people who are organised. She is very flexible and used to managing complex diary and travel arrangements as well as videoconferences. Michaela prefers the one-to-one PA position but is happy to consider a team role too.

With her Secretarial Skills and Business Studies Diploma plus a wealth of corporate experience in the financial world, Meg is the perfect right-hand PA. She is totally professional and discreet, has strong communication skills, a warm, friendly personality and is able to communicate with people at all levels. Her Microsoft Office skills, 80+ wpm typing and solid work experience are invaluable.

With a University Degree in Business Studies and over 4 years’ administrative experience, Giselle’s flexible attitude to work makes her an excellent candidate for any office administrative roles. Giselle is used to prioritising her workload and has excellent time-management and customer service skills, plus a full knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
